Please contact customer service at support@thisis50store.com to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any items.
* Please provide your name, order #, and reason for return and one of our representatives will get back with you within 2 business days.

 

Refund/Return Policy:
All sales from the Thisis50 Store are final except in cases where improper or damaged product has been shipped to the customer.
- In these cases, CNI Merchandising will the cover shipping costs associated with the return/exchange.

 

* Customer has 15 days after delivery of the product(s) to contact customer service to report the error and request an RMA.

* After obtaining the RMA, customer then has 10 calendar days to return the item(s) to CNI Merchandising.

* RMA # must be clearly written on the outside of any packages being returned.

* We will offer an exchange or store credit on items returned in "new, unaltered and unused condition".

Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
• Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
• Must not be a special order or a custom order
• Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period.

* Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
